WHAT IS NAAD YOGA?
Naad Yoga is the yoga of sound. It assumes that if soul and mind exist in harmony,
human beings are able to live off their inner prosperity and able to love both themselves as well as the world.
Naad Yoga is being used since ancient times in order to stimulate self-healing powers. It makes use of the elements listening,
singing, rhythm, sounds and tones so as to increase consciousness and encourage expansion.
Naad Yoga for children and young people stands in the tradition of 15th century spiritual rebel Guru Nanak from Punjab, a north Indian province.
Guru Nanak reached enlightenment through the singing of God’s name. He founded the spiritual tradition Sikh Dharma.
Raags are emotions set to music. They lead to the harmonisation of all inner forces by means of listening and singing.
The holy scripture of the Sikh Dharma “Siri Guru Granth Sahib“ provides 60 of these Raags.

It is the mind that dominates our society. An endless stream of thoughts accompanies us throughout the day and deprives us of both calmness and peace of mind.
We tend to believe and trust these thoughts. We even identify with them and claim: “This is me.”
Our true self, our soul, is hardly able to pierce this noise of thoughts.
Using the universal language of music, Naad Yoga provides the tools to calm the thoughts,
to turn inwards and restore the balance between soul and mind.
MUSIC EXPRESSES THAT WHICH CANNOT BE SAID AND ON WHICH IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO BE SILENT. (VICTOR HUGO)
